Refund & Return Policy

At Vastra Outdoors, we take pride in the quality of everything we put out. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we want to make it right.

To be eligible, you must contact us at info@vastraoutdoors.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or damage

Once reviewed, we'll offer either a replacement item or a store credit — whichever is the more practical solution given the situation. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible.

EU & UK Customers

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@vastraoutdoors.com within that 14-day window. Return shipping costs in these cases are the responsibility of the customer.

No Returns

We do not accept physical returns outside of the EU/UK withdrawal right outlined above. Please do not ship items back without prior written approval from us, as they will not be processed.
